Bill Murray signs up for A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charlie Swan III

Last month Slacker Shack revealed that Roman Coppola had signed Charlie Sheen up for his debut full length film, the strangely titled, A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charlie Swan III.

Well, news reaches us today that Coppola has pulled another gem out the bag by signing up Bill Murray too.

The notoriously fame-shy actor, who acts without an agent and is very picky about the film roles he takes, previously starred in (and gained an Oscar nomination for) his role in Lost In Translation, directed by Coppola’s sister Sofia.

A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charlie Swan III, follows the life of a successful graphic designer (Sheen) whose perfect life is thrown into chaos when he is dumped by his girlfriend.

Meanwhile, mystery still shrouds Murray’s involvement in, Ghostbusters 3. A script has been written, but it is believed that it cannot move forward without Murray signing up.

Earlier this year he told Howard Stern, “I guess I’m the problem. Before I was an asset, now I’m a problem. There’s a script somewhere but I haven’t read it yet.”

Are Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle about to tour together?

Rumours are circling stateside that comedians Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle have been discussing the idea of doing a touring comedy show together.

The two mega-successful comedy stars are both currently in New York working on separate shows and the rumour would probably appear mere tittle-tattle were it not for the fact that just two days ago Rock tweeted a link to the breaking story on website, Humor Mill – adding, “Could happen…”.

If the rumours are true, the planned collaboration could end up being one of the biggest touring comedy shows of all time, with both comedians at the top of their game and hugely popular not only Stateside, but here in Blighty too.

Not much more is known beyond the rumour and the Rock tweet – but it’s bound to get stand-up comedy fans the world over massaging their tickle muscles in anticipation.
