O Genesis Recordings team up with Stargazing Live’s Professor Tim O’ Brien

The ingenious folk at O Genesis, fresh from blessing numerous festivals with their Tim Peaks shenanigans, have teamed up with Professor Tim O’ Brien (from Jodrell Bank/ Stargazing Live) to create a track containing signals from spacecraft at the dawn of the space age and a variety of sounds which flooded through the universe after the Big Bang.

Following on from his brilliant talk at Kendal Calling, Professor Tim gave the sounds to producers Dave Tolan and Jim Spencer (new order/ The Charlatans/ Johnny Marr) and they made them into a track.

From tomorrow afternoon the song will be available as a free download for one week only on  O Genesis Recordings. It’s been described by insiders as, ‘Kraftwerk meets Factory Floor with Sir Bernard Lovell on lead vocals’.
